Since 2012, I've used this space to post creative experiments using the inspiration and insight gained from daily life and, at times, escape from daily life. Enjoy.

Day 271 Apple juice miracles
06/28/13
Louise Hay affirmation: “My life is full of little
miracles popping out of the blue.”
Inspiration exercise from 365 Daily Creativity Journal: Add a
door where one wouldn’t normally exist.
Media: Scrapbook paper, Magazine photos, Mod Podge
Time: 1H:10M
Comments: The sea gulls in today's collage represent stones set free.
The single door at the bottom of a small building brimming with plant life on its side is a good reminder about the importance of plants in (and on) our homes and in our diets.
I'm in the process of prepping for a gall stone flush over the weekend and have been using a lot of apple juice this week to get ready. Am anticipating lots of little miracles popping out of the blue very soon.

11/04/12| Day 35 How to build a better human |
Louise
Hay affirmation:
“I digest life with ease.” (stomach)
Inspiration
exercise from 365 Daily Creativity Journal: Create instructions that others can use to make something
and then have someone try it out.
Media: Magazine/catalog photos, matte medium.
Time: 1H:10M
Comments:
1. Water and earth create seeds,
2. Distribute seeds by bird,
3. Grow fruit bearing trees,
4. Harvest by hand or gravity,
5. Wash and serve for food,
6. Digest with ease,
6. Use nutrients as fuel for life and good health.

Day 28 Schoolhouse ease
028:365
10/28/12
10/28/12
Louise
Hay affirmation:
“I move forward with confidence and ease.
I trust and flow with the process of life.” (plantar wart)
| Day 28 Schoolhouse ease |
Inspiration
exercise from 365 Daily Creativity Journal: Back to school. Use traditional school materials like number 2 pencils or
lined paper notebooks to make something nontraditional.
Media: Construction paper
apple, No.2 pencils, foam/glitter letters.
Time: 1H
Comments:
I've had a stack of construction paper apples in a drawer for so long I don't remember where they came from. Was nice to finally find a use for this apple. Moving forward with confidence and ease is something that I wish came more easily to me.
