Day 358 How Soon Progress?

Day 358 How Soon Progress?
358:365
09/23/13

Louise Hay affirmation:
“I Am progressing on my spiritual path at the pace that is just right for me.”

Inspiration exercise from 365 Daily Creativity Journal:   Create the illusion that time has stopped and something or someone is frozen mid-action.

Media:  Scrapbook paper, Magazine photos, Mod Podge

Time:  1H:30M

Comments:  The tiger cub in today's collage was caught in the act of swatting a fountain pen, just as it was about to write some profound answer to the questions I have about the pace of progress on my spiritual path.

Day 283 Working together

Day 283 Working together
283:365
07/10/13

Louise Hay affirmation:   “Working together is part of the purpose of life.
I love the people I work with.

Inspiration exercise from 365 Daily Creativity Journal:  Make something that makes a sound on its own.

Media:  Scrapbook paper, Magazine photos, Folon poster art, Tissue paper, Mod Podge

Time:  1H:30M

Comments:  Haven't spent much time thinking about working together as part of the purpose of life, but it seems worth contemplation.

Today's collage features giraffes in silhouette playing the role of the people I work with.  A giant puppetmaster twirls a set of legs in a dance that is work.

Day 59 Looking at this life

Inspiration exercise from 365 Daily Creativity Journal:   Mix and match.  Work with two materials that generally don’t go together.

Media:  Scrapbook paper, magazine and catalog photos, stickers, glue stick.

Time:   1H:20M

Comments:  Had some fun finding things that don't go together.
