As I celebrate the weekend leading up to my Monday birthday this year, I'm celebrating twists and turns that have made up my life and that of the people around me this past 12 months.  Each has challenged, confounded, and confirmed my capacity to believe.

Comments:  Today's collage features a bulldog superhero who swoops in on birthdays and conquers one's old self.  A new self is then released to live on until next year's birthday when he/she will undoubtedly be needed to save the day again.  My future is glorious.
